Can we take the opportunity to thank the carers from BB Healthcare who have been supporting a gentleman who lives in XXXX XXXXXX Avenue over recent weeks. 

I have recently visited to assess acute concerns and met with a carer last week who approached this gentleman with such kindness and care during my visit. She had stayed past her visiting time to make sure he was safe and not acutely unwell. 

Since then things escalated and I am aware from his son that your team "closed up for the day" to help find this gentleman and provided both social care and emotional support to him -  as evidenced in his notes.

Your attention to this gentleman's care needs and emotional health has been acknowledged by SJMP and the GPs and I would like to say thank you.

Without your ongoing care and support his outcome could have been very different.

So nice for our lovely carers to receive such appreciation for their hard work.
